There are four professional certificate programs:

Property Administrator Certificate (PAC)

Teaches property and facility managers how to manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of building systems and to maximise building efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Facilities Management Certificate (FMC)

Teaches the information necessary to manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of building systems and to maximize building efficiency and their cost-effectiveness.

Building Systems Maintenance Certificate (SMC)

Teaches you key building principles, including efficient strategies for energy management, water treatment, HVAC, plumbing and other building systems.

Property Management Financial Proficiency Certificate (PMFP)

Teaches you how to take control of your assets and improve overall efficiencies by understanding all areas of investment decision making, how to analyze financial statements and how to construct productive property facility budgets.
