BOMI Canada is an independent, federally incorporated charitable non-profit organization. It is also a federally registered educational institution and as such provides tax receipts for course registration fees. Oversight of the management of the BOMI Canada organization rests with the Board of Trustees. While BOMI Canada sells and administers the BOMI International designation programs it has no direct governance ties to BOMI International and functions as a separate entity.
The Chairman of the BOMI Canada Board of Trustees sits on the BOMI International Board of Trustees and the Chairman of BOMI International sits on the BOMI Canada Board of Trustees.
